Hannah quickly began carving out her place in the professional world after graduating from The University of Alabama in 2020 with a degree in Family Services. After joining Uptick, she became our first-ever Marketing Coordinator and has since advanced to Senior Operations Manager.
These days, Hannah leads Uptick’s Operations Department, working closely with the Support team and Onboarding Support Specialist to ensure smooth processes and top-notch client experiences. She’s constantly seeking new ways to improve Uptick’s efficiency, focusing on profitability, internal support, and project management. From tracking ad spending to fine-tuning project workflows, Hannah’s problem-solving skills and attention to detail set her apart.
Outside work, Hannah embraces her nostalgia by occasionally revisiting her childhood MySpace page or enjoying classic cheesy movies like Hot Rod or The Pink Panther. She’s also a big fan of spending time with friends, quoting Disney movies, and taking walks to clear her mind after a busy day.
