Liz is a native of Birmingham and a graduate of Auburn University. Unlike almost every other single Uptick team member ever, Liz did not want to be a veterinarian when she was growing up, but instead wanted to be a motivational speaker. (We can totally see this, by the way!)
Liz got into marketing early through her volunteer work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and fell completely in love with it once she began her core marketing classes at Auburn.
As a Senior Account Manager, Liz spends her day serving our clients by supporting her Marketing Consultant and directly managing a group of clients. She does this by pulling and analyzing data, compiling reports, and helping to make sure the right marketing strategies are in place for each client’s unique goals. Additionally, Liz oversees Uptick's Project Managers and is constantly looking for ways to improve strategies and efficiency.
When she’s not in the office, you will probably find her playing Xbox, wakesurfing (she was on the wakesurf team at Auburn!), and enjoying pretty much anything else on the lake. If she’s not on the water, you might find her binge watching “Friends” or “New Girl” over and over and over and over… Rumor has it she has watched both of these shows all the way through at least 10 times already.
Liz is married to her high school sweetheart, James. She is the proud mama of an adorable tortoiseshell cat named Luna and a gray kitten named Ashe, the latter of which she found stuck in a neighbor’s AC unit. Poor thing!
