The customer journey begins when a client discovers your product, and continues while they are aware of your product but not ready to purchase. After a purchase is made, the focus then becomes on retaining the client for future purchases! Knowing your audience and working on perfecting the content for each phase of the customer journey is an engaging process in itself, which challenges the writer to keep their audience engaged.

Speaking of keeping an audience engaged, it’s very important that the content creators understand how to best do so! Anytime a writer is able to draw a reaction out of an audience, there is a higher chance that this information will be retained. Talking about heavily-debated topics or recent news is always a safe bet when it comes to bringing in new readers to your site; then, it’s your job to create a piece of work that’ll keep them reading!
Little changes in wording can go a long way when it comes to engagement. Simply stating facts is a good way to get information to your audience, but wording it in a way that directly captures their attention is going to bring in more people. Try to use titles and wording that inspires, teaches, empathizes, or assists your consumers!
