Where are you from originally?

I grew up in a small one-light town called Corner, but since no one has ever heard of that except the 30 people that live there, we can say I grew up in Warrior! The high school there is Corner High School. Go Jackets!

Where have you worked before?

I worked at a Chick-fil-A and then AT&T, which is a bit of a change compared to where I am now.

What are your hobbies / interests?

I’m a youth pastor, which to me is more fun than work! I like to work with my hands, making things. I also love camping.

Favorite band? Food? Movie? TV Show?

Rend Collective! Burgers! Any funny/exciting movies! Star Trek, The Flash, The Office, and anything nerdy!

Why are you excited to be working at Uptick?

This is a new chapter in my life that I have been praying about for a while. Being a father and husband, I love to work hard during the day and play hard when I get home to my girls.

What else should we know about you?

A fun hobby I have is blacksmithing. I’m not great at it yet, but it’s fun to do!

Get to Know the Uptick Team!

BJ is awesome, but he’s not the ONLY awesome person here at Uptick. Take a moment to get to know the rest of our team today!
