Uptick Welcomes Tim Majors to the Family!

We’re super excited to introduce our new content coordinator today! His name is Tim Majors, and he’s a music-loving, social-media-writing taco aficionado with some serious marketing skills. I asked Tim a few questions about himself, and I’d love to share his answers with you so you can love him like we do. Read on!

What is your background in marketing?

I studied marketing at the wonderful Mississippi State University. I also promoted different bands and concerts here in Birmingham, which led to some great marketing opportunities.

What is your favorite band?

If I had to choose one, it would be Red Hot Chili Peppers. Closely followed by Modest Mouse and Kendrick Lamar.

What drew you to Uptick?

Uptick seemed like the perfect work environment and a great place to learn about different aspects of internet marketing.

What is your favorite thing about the office?

Cornhole. Definitely cornhole. But the people would be a close second.

Do you think you can beat Lance in cornhole?

If I keep up my intense training schedule and he keeps injuring himself, I think I’ll have a fighting chance.
