  • Account Manager

    Job Title: Account Manager

    Job Type: Full-Time / Salaried

    Reports To: Senior Account Manager

    Account Manager:

    The primary goal of this position is to provide incredible client experience by developing a relationship with clients, providing general insight into the services the client might have questions about, and making sure client projects are on track.


    This is accomplished through:

    • Weekly meetings with designated MC to dive deeper into questions/concerns about clients and report clients that need more oversight from MC
    • Monthly/quarterly meetings with clients (unless otherwise requested) to answer questions, provide oversight on services(approvals, basic reporting, etc.), and personal touch points like attending open houses or networking events
    • Create addendums for strategy changes and upsells and send them to the client for approval.
    • Identify potential business opportunities within existing client relationships.
    • Reconcile services billed with services provided, and communicate with internal staff to make sure the client’s budget and billing match the services provided
    • Basic Project Management that the Support/Onboarding Specialist does not cover
    • Regular Communication with Clients over Email/Phone


    Skills Needed:

    • General understanding of digital marketing & business strategy
    • General understanding and experience of GA4, Whatagraph, and various Ad platforms
    • Excellent communication and customer experience skills
    • Time management and detail orientation


    The Best AM’s Will:

    • Be detail-oriented enough to stay on top of client communication and projects, while also not getting lost in the weeds of a to-do list. Prioritization is key
    • Remain focused on the client experience and modify meeting cadence and communication to the needs of each client
    • Be a kind and clear communicator with all internal teams, providing effective feedback that leads to solutions and progress, rather than bogging down systems and processes
