Triumph Services provides community based support to adults with developmental disabilities who are striving to live independently.
Who does your organization benefit/serve?
Triumph Services serves adults over the age of 18 who have developmental disabilities.
What makes your organization unique?
There are an array of services for children who have disabilities. However, after these children finish high school, there are few options available for them to enter adult life. The options that are available have long waiting lists and are conducted in facilities.
Triumph provides community based services through a holistic model. We have four main programs: Life Coaching provides a partner to an individual to grow in independence and self-sufficiency; Job Coaching provides individuals to gain competitive employment an in integrated business; Social Mentoring provides individuals the opportunity to meet friends and develop relationships; Counseling addresses the depression and anxiety that often coincide with developmental disabilities.
All of these services are provided under one roof! Individuals enter Triumph and immediately have a family of support. To my knowledge, there are no other organizations that address the whole person in the state or even the Southeast.

We have spent 9 years developing and perfecting a model that works. We are changing lives. We are impacting the people and businesses who are lucky enough to know we exist. But right now, access to this model is based on luck. Are you lucky enough to have heard about Triumph? I believe Triumph deserves to win because all businesses and all people with disabilities deserve to learn about Triumph.
