ADAC is committed to serving our community through face-to-face and telephone counseling for families, and individuals that cannot otherwise afford such services. ADAC provides professional counseling support in areas of, but not limited to stress, anger, relationships, addictions, finances and other emotional areas. Our goal is to return to the community a mentally healthy, and well adjusted family, or individual.

Who does your organization benefit/serve?

Here at ADAC, we serve those in need of counseling and guidance. In the past, we’ve specifically catered to those that struggle from alcohol and drug addictions, but we’ve expanded our reach. The most important aspect of our organization is that we offer our services to those who may not have the financial means to pay for counseling.

What makes your organization unique?

There are a few things that make our organization unique. First, we provide counseling on a sliding scale. That means no matter what the circumstance or income, our clients can receive help for little to nothing. Another unique aspect of our organization is that we contract 9 certified counselors. Each counselor specializes in a certain areas. So, instead of searching to find a counselor that is good with kids then another that specializes in drug abuse, we’re a one stop shop.
