Account Manager
Primary Purpose: As an Account Manager at Uptick Marketing, you will manage a portfolio of clients, create and review data-driven marketing strategies, and ensure each campaign delivers meaningful business impact. While strong communication skills are required, this role encourages a working knowledge of major digital marketing platforms, including GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO, and the ability to navigate, interpret, and explain performance data to clients. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that clients understand their marketing results and that campaigns are aligned with their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with a Marketing Consultant by providing outstanding service to Uptick clients, which includes attending meetings, assisting with communication, and monitoring project progress in our project management software.
- Directly manage a select group of clients under the supervision of a Marketing Consultant, taking the lead in strategy, reporting, and campaign oversight.
- Lead weekly and/or monthly meetings for your clients, providing consultation based on analytics from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools to measure progress and guide decision-making.
- Interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
- Manage client communication via email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Generate, review, and present weekly and/or monthly analytics reports for each of your accounts.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and refine campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall marketing goals.
- Submit detailed support tickets for production tasks as needed, based on analytics insights and client requirements.
- Create strategies for your lead accounts and assist the MC with strategies for their accounts as needed.
- Draft and send addendums for strategy changes and upsells, obtaining client approval.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Reconcile services billed with services provided and communicate with internal staff to ensure budgets and billing match.
- Stay informed on the latest marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to guide client strategies.
- Prepare ad mockups and coordinate client feedback for final approval.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications in our CRM and keep account details updated.
